Resolution to Nullify Federal Actions

I will introduce a number of bills to protect West Virginia from the coming storm. The federal government under the Biden regime has become tyrannical, violating the Constitutional Rights of Americans at will, imprisoning and persecuting its opponents, opening our borders to illegal aliens, supporting our enemies, and destroying our economy. I believe we are facing the worst year in our nation’s history and are facing a Maoist Cultural Revolution to overthrow our Republic. Our legislature needs to show courage and protect the People of West Virginia.

My top priority is a Resolution to nullify un-Constitutional and dangerous federal actions and ensure our State government intervenes (interposes) between un-Constitutional actions and the People. I based this Resolution in part on a similar Louisiana resolution passed this year to nullify un-Constitutional federal actions. My Resolution is based principally on the Constitution itself, the Federalist Papers, and Thomas Jefferson’s and James Madison’s 1798 Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions.

I will fight to get this Resolution passed to signal that West Virginia will not succumb to tyranny.
