Resolution to Prohibit Election Interference

I anticipated the types of anti-Constitutional tyranny that the Colorado Democrat Supreme Court engaged in Tuesday by banning Trump from the ballot in Colorado. This action directly impacts West Virginia by allowing the lunatic Left to impose tyranny on our People here.

As mentioned in my previous post, I am submitting bills to protect West Virginia from this Leftist tyranny. We are seeing the Left, under the color of corrupt federal and state ‘law enforcement’ authorities conducting spurious prosecutions of candidates for public office to intimidate or force these individuals from seeking office. These illicit political prosecutions are a threat to our Republic, and it is high time to make them illegal.

My bill criminalizes those that are engaged in this type of illegal election interference. Because the offices of the President, Vice President, and Senators and Congressmen have direct and long-lasting effects on West Virginia, any election interference via political prosecutions or other means will be a crime in West Virginia, and we will extradite those who commit or participate in these crimes.
