Prohibiting Illegal Alien Human Smuggling

Illegal immigration is one of the greatest threats to our country. Our Border Patrol has been stripped of its real duties to protect the border and is now processing illegal aliens into the country. The Biden regime is deliberately enabling an invasion of our country, including terrorists crossing our border. The costs to our country are enormous, nearly a trillion dollars per year. Our country is being bankrupted. Crime associated with illegal aliens is soaring around the country. 

Illegal aliens are being shipped throughout our country, and will eventually be brought to the Eastern Panhandle. 

My wife and many members of my family are legal immigrants or the offspring of legal immigrants. They all came in the right way. They are all enormously proud of being Americans. Legal immigration is not the problem, the Left’s plan is to destroy our country using illegal immigration as one of their tools.

I submitted a bill during the 2023 session making transportation of illegal aliens a crime under human smuggling. I am re-submitting that bill for the 2024 session in January. It is posted on my website here. There will be others.

We used to be a nation of laws. The Left and those who refuse to stand up to them are making us a nation of lawlessness. We must demand our governments do the right thing and stop illegal immigration and the enormous costs to our society.
