Door-knocking in Jefferson County

I spend most of my days traveling around our beautiful county talking on the doorstep, the porch, or the living room or kitchen of the People of our District. It is the only part of being a politician that I like. Friday was a typically great day.

It is difficult to express the amount of elation I experience after the vast majority of these discussions. Talking to these great folks and understanding their deep concern for country, our state and our county, I feel a sense of tremendous gratitude for the trust so many have placed in me. I thank God for the opportunity to serve these wonderful People. It inspires a tremendous awe in me and a true sense of Joy.
